Quality Policy

The primary goal of our company is to provide products and services of high scientific and technical standards, ensuring that the services we offer meet customer requirements and are both practical and safe for the end user.

To ensure the implementation of this Quality Policy, the company has developed and maintains a Quality Management System, covering all its operations, in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, in the following areas:

• Trade, distribution, installation, and technical support of medical devices, diagnostic aids for in vitro use, and laboratory equipment
• Collection and transport of Hazardous Waste from Healthcare Units (HWU)
• Sterilization of Purely Infectious Hazardous Waste (PIHW) and transport of sterilized waste

The Quality Policy is reviewed whenever necessary and applies to all contracts and agreements the company establishes with its clients.

Finally, it is emphasized that our company fully complies with national and EU legislation as well as accepted standards of science and technology.
